Prices and Booking

The apartment has three seasons:

Jan, Feb, Mar, Nov and Dec - Low Season - £40 per night.

Apr, May and Oct - Mid Season - £57 per night.

June, July, August and Sept - High Season - £69 per night.

All prices are based on two people sharing. You are eligible to a 10% discount if you pay a £50 deposit at the time of your initial enquiry - just follow instructions from the contact us page (terms apply - see below)

Terms & Conditions

Reservations

A deposit of 15% secures your reservation (until we receive your deposit, the dates will remain available to all).

The balance of your reservation is due one month prior to your arrival date. We will of course send you a reminder just before this date (unpaid balances will result in a loss of deposit and reservation - sorry).

If a booking is made within 1 months of your proposed arrival then the total cost of the holiday is payable at the time of booking.

Croatian Tourist Tax

The City of Rovinj charges a tourist tax for each night that you stay in Rovinj (see below). We charge the tourist tax to your credit card at the time of booking (other properties require a cash payment upon your arrival). In the event of a cancellation we will of course refund your tourist tax regardless of how late you cancel.

Minimum Booking Periods

Our minimum booking fee is 3 nights. We are of course happy to accept bookings for one night or two, but to cover our costs we will charge you for a three nights stay.

Payment

Payment can be made by either credit or debit card, via Paypal. You do not need to sign up for a paypal account if you don't want to - paypal can simply process your payment.

Unfortunately we do not accept payment any other way - apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.

Payments will appear on your credit card statement as SOUNDHAVEN PROPERTY LIMITED.

Payment of either the deposit or the full amount, will constitute a binding contract between you (the payer) and us (SoundHaven Property Limited) and implies acceptance of the terms and conditions on this page.

Pay Deposit NOW and get a 10% discount

Fancy a 10% discount? Pay a £50 deposit immediately after your initial booking enquiry and we'll knock 10% off your accommodation fee. Just follow the instructions after contacting us.

"Pay deposit now 10% discount" Terms:

• Please check the availability calendar before you pay your deposit.
• The "pay deposit now 10% discount" is only for customers who pay on the same day as their initial query.
• This discount cannot be used with any other discount (such as previous guests or special offers - sorry about that)
• Paying the deposit now does not mean your booking is confirmed - we will email you within 24 hours and let you know whether your booking has been accepted.
• The 10% discount is on the "room rate" only, and does not include tourist taxes and the damages deposit
• Your deposit will be refunded within 24 hours if for any reason the dates you've requested are not available
• Your payment will appear on your credit card statement as "SoundHaven Property Limited".

Refund Policy

More than 1 month before your check in date..

Your deposit is non-refundable. If however we are able to rebook the apartment we will refund 50% of your deposit.

Less than 1 calendar month of the check-in date..

After the balance has been paid, and in the event of cancellation within 1 calendar month of your check-in, 100% of your damages deposit & Rovinj City Tax, will be returned.

The remaining balance (the apartment fee) is non-refundable. However if we manage to re-let the accommodation, 75% of the apartment fee will be returned to you. (It's within your interest to let us know of any cancellations as soon as possible)

Arrival & Departure time

Please plan to arrive after 2:00 pm.

The property must be vacated by 10:00 am on your departure date.

Pet Policy

Strictly No Pets are allowed. Apologies.

Smoking Policy

Sigurna Luka is a “No Smoking” apartment.

Damages

A damages deposit of £75 will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking - this is usual practice for holiday rental properties in the area and will be refunded to your credit card after you leave the apartment, and before you arrive home (provided there are no damages).
